We’re currently looking for a new Campaign Manager to join the FP crew. Our new recruit will be a passionate, creative, multi-skilled and dynamic individual with an interest in pain science and management and public/population health.

This role will work alongside the Campaign Director and our other Campaign Manager as well a broad range of other key stakeholders with a rich and diverse range of responsibilities including:

  • Co-ordinating the creative co-design of Flippin’ Pain events, activities, and other projects to align with campaign values and objectives
  • Identifying and securing new opportunities for the campaign to grow and develop
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of Flippin’ Pain events and activities within agreed timeline and budget
  • Supporting the design and execution of campaign evaluation
  • Contributing to the influence and reputation of the campaign, supporting the creation of content for print, web, and social media.

In addition to your enthusiasm for the role you will:

  • Be an excellent communicator, able to quickly form relationships with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
  • Have a broad understanding of pain science and the challenges faced by a range of stakeholders due to misinformation and misunderstanding associated with an outdated, biomedical model of pain.
  • Have an interest, specialist knowledge, and/or experience of working in the field of communications, engagement, and marketing.
  • Have experience of working within healthcare, public health, 3rd sector, or other organisations committed to delivering social good.
  • Have experience of leading a group in the successful delivery of a project, from the creation of project specification through to achievement of project KPIs
